The need was to redesign of the payment processing platform since the existing was outdated and didn't quite comply with user's needs.

The research process
I managed the research ops and execution: defined the sample size and users' type to recruit them, taking into consideration the user segment (small and medium sellers).
Then designed the interview guideline with both exploration questions and usability test.
As part of the deliverables developed, created a Seller Persona and its Journey and delivered the findings in a workshop with the design, development, and product teams displaying the actionable recommendations. The workshop was also useful to bring up the contextual insights and sensitize the teams with the user's needs, in a meaningful learning experience.
