Sensibility as a resource

Coming from life experiences where diversity and complexity is at my core, I'm drawn to understand people and its circumstances within their differences and particularities, being able to communicate in their own terms, empathetically.

Ethnography is not just a methodology, is also the lens from which I see and interpret a diversity of realities. Is the attitude where iteration has a significative improvement potential resorting to reflexivity to question how I'm doing things.
